Who designed this king beam?




This is a picture of our living room before it was converted from being a 16th century barn. It is an amazing building. The king beam is a great example of 15th century design one brought to France by Leonardo Da Vinci.

Da Vinci lived and worked at Amboise, some 80km away from us at the Opening Space Retreat.

    What a wonderful example of how buildings used to be constructed...having seen it for myself it is a wonderful preserved example...that anyone who visits are priviledged to see
