The Retreat

This is Opening Space retreat, a place where anything can happen.........literally people can have eureka moments, recognsiing they have a right to a life that suits their needs, or recognising unexpressed grief or deciding to start a new business.


This is the main house, a traditional 19th century farmers house attached to a 16th century barn........ now our living room seen below

We also have a our guest room in the garden..... a small wooden maison de reves

your own piece of paradise, with full access to the garden and the Big House of course.....Retreats usually last for 3-4 days, a good amount of time to unwind and soak up the atmosphere at Couffy. Reiki, an ancient Eastern healing art is available as is Indian Head Massage and Homeopathy, Nutrition and Flower Essence advice. People have the full use of our 2500 sq metre garden and there are many walks around us.
